Sure, why not! The solution to every problem is borrowed money, and ability to borrow is based on "ratings upgrade", isn't it? So be it for Americans, so be it for Somalians.

I have a dream that one day all countries in the world will have triple-A rating, there shall be free money flowing, no hunger and much prosperity

I would differ with KOCHI KOCHI's observation about triple A rating.
The bench mark is a misleading neo economic carrot & stick of the West.

It is exactly a scale that determines with preconceived and prejudiced notions about a developing economy. The same like the World Bank and IMF's lopsided myopic judgments on what is good and bad in their biased pro G-8 * view of the world.
What rating will they give a country like Bhutan? The most peaceful and content nation as far as I have read about it. "touch-wood"!!!!

I fully agree with you, Anil. My comment was intended to be sarcastic. I could not help it, seeing the hypocrisy of it all.

"I have a dream..." was a direct parody of the historic speech my Martin Luther King.
